- QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS The following are answers to questions received from potential offerors. The answers provide clarification only and DO NOT constitute an amendment to the solicitation. Question: Should our proposal include breakfast charge or not. Answer: Hotels are not required to provide breakfast for our crew members during hotel stays. Quote should NOT include a breakfast charge. Question. Par. 1 of PWS states: "The hotel facility shall have a full service restaurant serving western style food three meals daily." Must the room rate include the 3 meals per day. Answer: The room rate should only include the daily room rate and all applicable fees or charges for the room. Question: Attachment 1, point 4 is unclear. Please clarify the relation of this statement to the requested hotel services or remove if it is an error. It states: "I acknowledge that quotes submitted in response to the solicitation shall not contain nor be subject to the vendor's standard commercial terms and conditions. Any quote submitted in response to this solicitation which includes the vendor's standard commercial terms and conditions may be considered a material defect and may be rejected as being non-responsive to the solicitation." Answer: The contract will include standard federal commercial terms and conditions. We cannot be subject to vendor's terms and conditions.
