- Attachment 2 Attachment 1 SOW This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division intends to award on a sole source basis to Boeing Research & Technology Laboratory for the following: Services for Legacy DOD Materials Laboratory Analysis, Material Failure Characterization, Materials Recovery Procedure Development, Procedure Validation, Repackaging, and Return Shipping to the DoD ODS Reserve for the NSWC Corona Division Measurement Science and Engineering Department in support of the Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) Reserve. This notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by 23 March 2018, shall be considered by NSWC Corona. Responses must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist, Luke Salazar via email at luke.salazar@navy.mil no later than 12:00 pm PST on the date noted above. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N64267-18-R-0015 in the subject. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
