- SF1442 Proposal submission Sheet Breakout Reps & Certs Wage Rate SOW Cover Sheet RFO SBSA Agreement GSA527 SF24 Bid Bond GACA Instruction to drawings Solicitation The General Services Administration (GSA) Southeast Sunbelt Region 4 announces the opportunity for a Request for Proposal to provide HVAC Modernization Replacement at the William A. Bootle Federal Building & Courthouse 475 Mulberry Street, Macon, GA. This construction work involves replacing the HVAC system at the Bootle CTHS Macon GA to provide adequate indoor air quality and moisture control and add air unit and several existing air handlers and minor repairs. This procurement will be set-aside for Total Small Business. The estimated project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is, 236220 -- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Small Business Administration size standard of $ 36.5 Million. The Period of Performance for this project is 380 calendar days. This project is to be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The procurement method will be a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP). Award will be made to a firm offering the best value to the Government utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. A Pre-bid site -visit is due March 14, 2018 at 10:00 am. The Request for Proposal is due April 6, 2018 by 4:30 pm eastern time. The solicitation and all other information, amendments and questions concerning the solicitation will be electronically posted at the following web page: http://www.fbo.gov. No telephone requests for docs will be accepted. This solicitation is not a sealed bid and there will not be a formal public bid opening. All questions/inquiries or requests for clarification must be in writing, preferable via email to the persons specified in the solicitation. All answers will be provided in writing and will be available on the aforementioned FBO posting. Interested firms must be registered and have completed their online representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM). Firms can register via the Internet site at https://www.sam.gov or by contacting the SAM Service Desk at http://www.fds.gov.
