Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Facility intend to award a Sole Source contract to Ludwig and Sons, 1866 W. 169 th St, Ste J., Gardena, CA, 90247-5231 for annual preventative maintenance and repair services for four (4) Kabar/Cosmos Electronic Machine Corp Heat Sealing Equipment. Ludwig and Sons is the only company that can perform the services due to proprietary license by the original equipment manufacturer. This is not a request for proposals. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement. All capability statements received will be evaluated to determine merit. Responses must be submitted in writing no later than 23 March 2018 0700 Hawaiian Standard Time (HST). Telephone responses and requests will not be received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
