- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona intends to use other than full and open competition to award a sole source Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) to Boeing Research & Technology Laboratory, (Huntington Beach, CA), with a period of performance to include one (1) base year, and four (4) option years. Accordingly, the procurement will be conducted IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1; services required by the agency are available from only one known responsible source. The laboratory analysis service will be provided to the Measurement Science and Engineering Department in support of the Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) Reserve. The contractor shall provide services for Legacy DOD Materials Laboratory Analysis, Material Failure Characterization, Materials Recovery Procedure Development, Procedure Validation, Repackaging, and Return Shipping to the DoD ODS Reserve for the NSWC Corona Division Measurement Science and Engineering Department in support of the Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) Reserve.
