- RFQ Travel Training 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications PWS Travel Training The Department of Commerce (DOC) requires contractor support in the area of Training for Travel Officials. 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number SS130118RQ0011 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). 2) This RFQ is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, with a small business size standard of $11.0M. The RFQ will result in award of a firm-fixed-price Purchase Order. Quotes received from concerns that are not a small business shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. 3) General Requirement: This solicitation is being issued for one Contractor to provide Travel Training for Department of Commerce personnel. 4) Contractors responding to this announcement must provide the information contained in FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their quote. The contractor should also provide its Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, Contractor Establishment Code (DUNS number) and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for any resulting awards (NO EXCEPTIONS). For information on registering with SAM, visit www.sam.gov. 5) Questions for this solicitation are due March 13, 2018 at 10:00am. All questions must be submitted via email, verbal questions will not be accepted. 6) Quotes are due March 19, 2018 at 10:00am Please see attached PWS and RFQ for extended descriptions and additional information, details, and/or requirements.
