Description
This amendment deletes numbered note 23 on this synopsis in its entirety. All other notes and information remain unchanged. The Defense Logistics Agency, DLR Procurement Operations, Warner Robins, will acquire ALE-45 Reset Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA's) used on the F-15 Aircraft ALE-45 Tactical Electronic Warfare System (TEWS) as a Small Business set aside using Full and Open Competition acquisition procedures. Solicitation SPRWA1-18-R-0025 is for a Firm Fixed Price contract for New/ Unused material. Detailed drawings are available from the procuring activity. It will not be a split award but all or none. Items to be procured are as follows: NSN: 5998-01-202-0548 Part Number: 141150-0002 OEM: British Aerospace Enterprises (BAE) Quantity: First Article (FA): 2 Pricing Period 1: 5-10 Pricing Period 2: 5-10 Pricing Period 3: 5-10 Pricing Period 4: 5-10 Pricing Period 5: 5-10 Delivery: FA due within 180 days After Receipt of (ARO) contract Production Quantities due: within 90 days After Approved First Articles/ARO Order Duration of Contract Period: Completion of shipment of units A written solicitation will be issued. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(12)(i) - Buy American Act/Free Trade Agreements/Israeli Trade Act: One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements." IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency Numbered Notes: 22. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Electronic response is required. Anticipated Award Date: 1 April 2018
