- This solicitation is for medical staplers and accessories for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System in Los Angeles, CA 90073. In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, and VAAR 852.215-70 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business Evaluation Factors, only offers from VOSB and SDVOSB contractors will be considered. All contractors must be listed on the VETBIZ webpage by the closing date of this solicitation to be considered as a VOSB or SDVOSB contractor. This is a BRAND NAME ONLY solicitation. All offers must be able to deliver the exact stock numbers in the quantity required to the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System in zip code 90073 within 30 days of award. All offers must be FOB DESTINATION as shipping costs are not available. Contractors are advised to include shipping costs into the cost of the line items. All questions must be received by 1200 noon PST on Friday, 3/9/2018 to allow time for an amendment with answers. All offers must be emailed on company letterhead in PDF format to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 1200 noon PST on Monday, 3/12/2018. No late offers will be accepted.
