- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT: The Department of Education, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Contracts and Acquisitions Management, located at 550 12th Street SW, Washington, D.C., 20202, intends to award a sole source GSA task order contract to Fiserv Federal Systems, Inc., located at 255 Fiserv Dr. Brookfield, WI 53045 United States, to provide the Account Certification module, customization and maintenance for integration with Frontier for Department of Education, Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) personnel. The contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a) (1) (B), Limited Sources. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses to this notice of contract action shall be submitted to Kelsey Reese via email at Kelsey.Reese@ed.gov and Brigid Lochary via email at Brigid.Lochary@ed.gov, no later than 5:00 PM, EST, March 23, 2018.
