- Base Map Q&A Template Pass Request Format Specs Statement of Work RFQ This is a requirement for Dormitory Furniture as indicated below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is # F2MTBG7142AW02 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attachment for the RFQ. This purchase is a Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 337127 and the size standard is 500 employees. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to the Primary point of contact (POC) below. When submitting questions please use the sample format provided in the attachments. For site visits a base pass is required to gain access. Please utilize the pass request format and submit 24 hrs. prior or eailer to obtain a pass. Passes can be pickup at the JBSA Lackland Visitor Center, see Base Map attachment for locations and below for request format. Site Visit. A site visit will be conducted on 14 March 2018, at 10:00am at BLDG 10416/ 1450 Metzger Ave JBSA Lackland, TX 78236.
