- Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) is soliciting a sole source, firm-fixed price, contract modification under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) for the refurbishment of Winch Control Kits (WCK) for the Modular Catastrophic Recover System (MCRS). The proposed contract action is for refurbishment of up to 54 WCKs. The Government does not currently have a competitive Technical Data Package (TDP), which is required to refurbish the WCK. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336212. The inspection/acceptance and FOB points are all "Origin". Although it is the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Tru Hitch Inc. (Cage Code 1BZD4), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
