- THIS NSN IS FOR THE EPOXY PRIMER COATING ITEM. This is a QPL item. Special packaging is required for this item. DLA is looking at an LTC with 1 one year base period and 4 one year options; all material being both Customer Direct and DLA Direct CONUS. All pricing will be on an FOB DESTINATION basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be destination. All items have a shelf life. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be Unrestricted. The "anticipated" solicitation issue date is 22 March 2018. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DLA Troop Support Philadelphia.
