- Red River Army Depot (RRAD) will be issuing a sole source Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for OEM preventative maintenance, software updates, and on-call repair services for DESMA rubber injection molding presses. Services performed on the presses can only be performed by the OEM, DESMA USA, Inc., Hebron, KY, CAGE Code 1TA17. This requirement will be procured as a standalone contract with a target award date of April 2, 2018. The closing date for this notice is March 23, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. EST. This action will result in the award of a contract with three ordering years. The place of performance will be RRAD. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. However, in accordance with FAR 5.207 (c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
