- Revised Pricing Sheet Amendment 3 Revised RFQ Amendment 3 Amendment 3: The following amendment to HQ0034-18-0043 makes the following changes: -The SOW has been revised to correct errors/typos to paragraph 5.2 of the SOW. Previously certain items within paragraph 5.2 were incorrectly inputted and thus created confusion. The typos/errors have been fixed with this amendment to provide clarity and allow vendors to properly submit for the proper items. -In accordance with the changes above, the pricing sheet has been revised to reflect the changes specified above. -This amendment also extends the quote submission due date from 16 March 18 to 22 March 18 at 1700. Please see the attached official amendment 3 and the attached revised pricing sheet. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
