- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide Carl Zeiss Atlas and Cirrus HD/OCT equipment and related items for the San Jose Community Based Outpatient Clinic. Please refer to the solicitation for a summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quote using the following NAICS is contemplated: 333314 THIS RFQ SHALL BE 100% Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. Solicitation documents will be available on or about March 8, 2018. The solicitation will contain quote instructions. The Government intends to award one (1) firm fixed-priced contract.
