- Clauses and Provisions Q&A Template Statement of Requirements Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 80KSC018Q0012 shall be used to reference any written offer provided under this request for proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 This will be solicited with full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333316, Photographic and Photocopying Equipment Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. The requirement for this acquisition is to provide and deliver the following items listed below. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached technical specifications. 1. GYRO Stabilized Platform, Qty: 1 Each 2. Optical Adaptor, Qty: 1 Each 3. Fool Control Adapter Kit, Qty: 1 Each 4. Grand Power Supply, Qty: 1 Each 5. Power Distribution Unit, Qty: 1 Each The Contractor is responsible for providing NASA's KSC with a 5-axis gyro-stabilized gimbal camera system that meets camera description, specifications and capabilities identified in the attached technical specifications.
