- Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) In Partnership With Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Small Business Information Forum Initiative (SBIFI) The Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) has established a Small Business Information Forum Initiative (SBIFI) that follows the PEO STRI Acquisition Center's monthly Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) update sessions. This venue provides both meaningful and timely information to all of Industry, however concentrating on small business, in an ever-changing acquisition environment. Date: 12 March 2018 Event: Other Transactions (OTs) and Training and Readiness Accelerator (TReX) Overview Objective: (1) To become familiar with streamlined acquisition using Other Transaction Authority (OTA) & (2) To become familiar with Training and Readiness Accelerator (TReX) awarded to spur innovative development, demonstration, and expedited delivery of prototypes to increase Warfighter readiness via modeling, simulation and training focused projects.
