Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Request for Proposal (RFQ) for the purchase of (1) Combi Oven, that will replace the existing oven utilized by the Birmingham VA Medical Center s Nutrition & Food Service located at 700 19th Street South, Birmingham, AL 35233. This requirement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333318 (Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing) and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. Eligible and interested vendors should download a copy of the RFQ Solicitation document 36C24718Q0351_1, which contains the SOW and all corresponding attachments, from the FBO website (www.fbo.gov). The solicitation has instructions on how to submit quotes in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Please check the posting daily for updates. The government will not be contacting interested contractors regarding amendments. Please note the due date established by the solicitation. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted via email, no later than 13 March 2018, by 10:00 AM EST to lasonja.harvey@va.gov.
