- This is a pre-solicitation synopsis for the upcoming solicitation for Oil Water Separator Services (Non-Personal Service) at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and Air Force Plant 42 (AFP 42), Palmdale CA. facilities. The successful offeror for this contemplated contract shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, vehicles, supervision, labor necessary to inspect, maintain, pump and clean, remove and dispose of OWS contents and repair oil water separators (OWS) located at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and Air Force Plant 42, Palmdale CA. All work shall conform with the manufacturer's operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals, all federal, state, local laws and regulations, commercial standards, Air Force Occupational Safety and Health (AFOSH 91-501) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. The contractor shall also be responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs to include parts and labor to the high-pressure oil water separators (HPOWS) and the pressure washer system at Bldg. #9505, Precision Impact Range Area (PIRA). Anticipated Set-Aside: 100% Small Business Business Size Standard - $7.5M Vendor Information Regarding Upcoming Solicitation The upcoming solicitation will not be issued in a hard-copy format it will be posted in Federal Business Opportunity Website ( www.fbo.gov ).
