The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 250 each up to 1,250 each maximum of a ACTUATOR, LINEAR STABILATOR, NSN: 1680-01-269-7284, Part Number: 7-311d10018-3 applicable to the A-BJ APACHE weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 250 each Year 2: 250 each Year 3: 250 each Year 4: 250 each Year 5: 250 each Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is estimated at 250 each, 438 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is estimated at 250 each, 292 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. This item is limited in competition to THE BOEING COMPANY, Cage Code 8V613 and SIMMONDS PRECISION PRODUCTS, INC., Cage Code: 12511. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100 As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 6.302-1 Only One Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements having only a limited number of responsible sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website https://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. VIOLATION OF THESE EXPORT LAWS ARE SUBJECT TO SEVERE CRIMINAL PENALTIES. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
