- Solicitation is in accordance with RFQ SPE4A8-18-Q-0046 s olicitation is in accordance Full And Open procedures. Procurement of ONE (1) PUNCHING AND SHEARING MACHINE in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 17-30-1053 dated SEPTEMBER 12, 2017. Quantity is one (1) each. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be Full And Open Competition procedures. FOB/Inspection/ Acceptance at Destination. QAP 208 shall apply. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 120 days after receipt of award. The estimated solicitation issue date is MARCH 8, 2018. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.dla.mil /RFQ to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Choose the RFQ you wish to download.
