- RFQ-SOW Pricing Matrix INL/Guatemala has a requirement for Veterinary Services for Drug Detection Dogs. See the attached RFQ/SOW for more information. The scope of this project includes the purchase, delivery for Veterinary Services Drug Detection Dogs. The intent is for the offeror to meet all requirements for this Service as outlined in this RFQ. This requirement is Full and Open no Set-Aside. All questions must be submitted in writing. DOS shall accept questions by email.
