- This acquisition is being solicited as Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a size standard of $36.5 Million. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The Directorate of Public Works requires a requirements contract for railroad maintenance on Fort Leonard Wood. This will be a Requirements Contract in which funded Task/Delivery Orders will be issued for railroad maintenance including but not limited to general repair and replacement. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months with three (3) 12-month option periods. Actual work will be performed in response to task orders issued under this IDIQ JOC. The solicitation W911S7-18-B-0013 will be available on or after 23 March 2018 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov).
