- RFI Enclosure RFI THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT FROM RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY INTERESTED PARTIES IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY AND NO MONETARY COMPENSATION WILL BE WILL PROVIDED FOR RESPONSE PREPARATION. Provided Attachment and Enclosure: -RFI SUPSHIP Technical Support -Enclsoure: Request for Information The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Washington DC, is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having both the interest and the resources to provide engineering support services for performing the activities necessary to ensure the successful operation and maintenance of the enterprise TSM suite consisting of the TSM application and the Electronic Trial Card (ETC) system. Interested parties must have extensive, in-depth knowledge of and experience with, operations of the Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion & Repair (SUPSHIP) as it relates to shipbuilder oversight. This includes specifically, but not limited to, the operations of the Quality Assurance Department, Engineering Department, Projects Office and Contracts Department. Additionally, interested parties must have extensive, in-depth knowledge of, and experience with naval ship trails processes to include SUPSHIP, Navy Program Office and Navy Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV). No telephone inquiries will be accepted and future information, if any, will be posted on FBO on this same posting.
