- PR 0072345373 for NSN 1615-01-515-2613, the Boeing Company, Cage 8V613, P/N 7-511421036-101, Head, Rotary Rudder. Contractor First Article Test and Government Production Lot Test is required. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this NSN. Configuration Control applies. Solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 105 each and delivery 475 days. The issue date is on or around 03/23/2018, and the closing date is on or around 04/23/2018. This solicitation is unrestricted utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEMs Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offers must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
