Description
A/E Replace Bldg. 100 Generators, Controls, and Fuel Polishing Questions and Answers Can you tell us what the self-performance percentage requirement will be for the SDVOSB Prime? Answer: Since this is a service contract the SDVOSB must self-perform 50%. We believe we have the required qualifications. Our past performance with VA hospital projects goes back many years.  Most of the experience we would use for each of these solicitations is older than the 5 years you indicate in the ad. Would we be disqualified if we cannot meet that requirement? Answer: No, you would not be disqualified you would just receive a neutral rating. I m reading all three to be requesting SF330 s by close date, but then at the end of the solicitation for each it says: All RFI s shall be submitted by March 2nd. Are you wanting a confirmation of our intent to submit SF 330 s by March 2nd or maybe it was just a typo?   I just want to make sure we re compliant with what you ask. Answer: The RFI period is for anyone that has a question on the SF 330 procedure or if they need clarification on other parts of the solicitation. No confirmation is required. Our firm has successfully performed design projects nationwide as well as San Juan, PR for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Would you consider an SF330 response from Cincinnati, OH? Alternatively, would a teaming partner local to Bay Pines (20 miles from the Medical Center in Tampa) be acceptable to meet the location criteria? Answer: Per the requirement, the SDVOSB firm must have a working office (corporate HQ/branch office) located within 250 miles from the VA Medical center, Bay Pines, FL.
