- Attachment 4, Pricing Sheet K5 Typing Program Solicitation. DoDEA has a requirement for a vendor-hosted, web-based typing program to assist elementary educators in providing typing instruction for K-5 students. DoDEA has 113 schools and 45,000 students in the K-5 grade range. The Contractor's solution must to be robust enough to serve the needs of a large community of learners dispersed across the world using a variety of bandwidths. It must be scalable to meet future growth, both in terms of instruction and the number of users. See attached solicitation for more information.
