- Interested Party Form SOW This is a sources sought notice. This notice is issued for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation or invitation for offerors to submit bids. A synopsis of proposed contract action may be posted at a later date which will provide instructions for bidders to respond to the opportunity. Please respond to the sources sought notice if you are capable of performing the worked requested in the attached draft statement of work. Interested party will need to complete the attached Interested Party Form and email it to jhassler@bop.gov by 2:00pm CST on 3/22/18. The attached draft statement of work is not inclusive of work required. Interested parties must be registered in the system for award management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Business size metrics information entered in SAM registration must be less than or equal to the small business size standard.
