THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339113. The Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI has a need for Brand Name or Equal Four (4) EA Sterile Storage Cabinets (SSC4300). Line Item No. Description Qty Unit 0001 SSC4300 Cabinet, Surgical Instruments & Supply, Sterile Storage 4 EA Specifications: 1) Hospital Grade Stainless Steel 2) Integral Mechanical Cooler to maintain 66-75F payload temperature setpoint 3) Integral steam humidifier in the payload storage area to be used with demineralized sterile water bottles 4) Condensate collection system using collection bottles 5) Built-in recirculation fans and HEPA filtration system to ISO 7 levels 6) Must be on Casters 7) UPS battery backup 8) See through glass doors 9) Min/Max 5 stainless steel pullout shelves 10) Onboard DDC control system with a digital display for monitoring temperature, humidity and status 11. 120V with Hospital grade cord 12. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339113 and the small business size standard is 750 employees.
