This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide three (3) Sports Rehabilitation Specialists and one (1) Medical Administrative Technician in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement, dated 19 Oct 2017.
