Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to award a sole source purchase order to Marathon Medical Corp for a Brand Specific purchase of BARD Catheters, Cross Catheters, and tubing to be used for Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO) peripheral vessels atherectomy. These items are for the Kansas City VA Medical Center located in Kansas City MO. The NAICS code is 339112 with a Classification Code of 6515. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability packages no later than 10:00 a.m. CDT, March 12th,2018 to larry.zaritz@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
