- Attachment D - PPQ Attachment C - Wage Determination Attachment B - Performance Standards Attachment A - PIV Requirements RFQ 60RRBH18Q0013 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subject 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Offerors may send questions regarding this solicitation to proposals@rrb.gov by March 16, 2018 at 10:00am CST. This solicitation is issued as a Request-For-Quotation 60RRBH18Q0013. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-97. This solicitation is seeking price quotations for the provision of shipping and receiving clerk services. Quotations in response to this RFQ are due by March 30, 2018 at 10:00am CST and should be submitted to proposals@rrb.gov.
