- Type of Set Aside: Unrestricted CLIN: 0001 NSN: 5965-01-516-8082 Item Name: Ear Cushion Unit of Measure: PR AMC/AMSC:3/Z Est ADQ: 12,179 The scope of this acquisition is for a firm fixed price, FAR Part 13.5; Indefinite Delivery Contract for the procurement of NSN 5965-01-516-8082. The Government is pursuing a long-term contract, for the duration of a three year base and two separately priced one-year option periods for a potential total of 5 years. The total contract value is not to exceed $1,782,216.00. This requirement is for DLA stock support in the continental United States (CONUS). At the time of the solcicitation there is 1 NSN being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP) - DLA Land and Maritime. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources and their suppliers under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: David Clark Company Incorporated (71483). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price,delivery, and past performance and other evaluation factors described in the Requet for Quote. The RGQ will be available on DLA's Internet Bid Board Site (https:/dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFQ) on or about 03/14/2018. All offers shall be in the English Language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
