- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. This is not a request for offers or proposals. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award of contract. This Source Sought is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of qualified Small Business and/or Buy-Indian owned business concerns prior to issuing a solicitation. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded for this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided by e-mail response. No presentation will be scheduled. The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office is conducting market research and is seeking sources to provide a variety of various food products for Riverside Indian School, located in Anadarko, Oklahoma, Caddo County. A list of the Products are attached. The written response to this notice should consist of following items. A. Company Name B. Company Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number C. Company point of contact, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number and website address D. Name, telephone number, and e-mail address of a company point of contact that has the authority and knowledge of clarify response with government representative. E. Type of company: All respondents should be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) located at www.sam.gov. ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE. THE CLOSING DATE FOR RESPONSES IS DUE on March 16, 2018 at 10:00 AM CST. All questions and/or comments shall be submitted by email to Jocelyn.littlechief@bia.gov.. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this solicitation.
