- General Information Document Type: Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Solicitation Number: N63394-18-T-0045 Posted Date: 03/08/2018 Original Response Date: 03/23/2018 Current Response Date: 03/23/2018 Product or Service Code: 7030 Set Aside: Total Small Business NAICS Code: 511210 Contracting Office Address Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Port Hueneme Division (PHD) 4363 Missile Way, Building 1215 Port Hueneme, CA 93043-4307 Description The purchase request is for 3 items: Spatial Analyzer Ultimate License (x1) This is the license required for use of the New River Kinematics (NRK)'s Spatial Analyzer software. The SpatialAnalyzer software can be downloaded and installed from NRK's website, but requires the license for operation. The license includes both a physical "key" that is inserted into the computer and a file that is saved to computer. SpatialAnalyzer Ultimate Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) [x7] - Keys 2554-3096-3454-4030-4162-4163-4329 (x7) This is the annual software maintenance agreements for the seven Spatial Analyzer Ultimate Licenses NSWC PHD currently owns. We need this SMA to continue use of the licenses and be able to install and use the latest versions of Spatial Analyzer. SpatialAnalyzer Key-Replacement SA key (x1) This is a replacement for one of the seven physical keys NSWC PHD currently owns. This key is required to utilize the Spatial Analyzer Ultimate License. This announcement is not a request for quotes or proposals but all responsible sources may submit a proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract with only one source, New River Kinmatics, CAGE Code 4T3Z8, under authority of FAR 13.106. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210, with a business size standard of $38.5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency for the following: •1. SpatialAnalyzer Ultimate License (x1) - License and license key for New River Kinematic's Spatial Anlayzer, P/N: SA UL+, QTY.: 1 •2.
