- Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic) code 22120 Intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Kochur-Trummer Corporation On a fixed price purchase order to provide integrated logistics support for SPAWAR Maintenance Engineering Support Center (MESC) Consolidated Afloat Network Enterprise Services (CANES) End of Life (EOL) Sustainment Analysis and Reporting in accordance with the attached performance work statement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed action based on responses to this notice as solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy request for quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government has a sole source justification, this is not an invitation for quote. This action is conducted under FAR part 13. However if you believe your company can provide the service please include the following information. Tax ID number, cage code, P.O.C. email address and capabilities statement within the scope of this posted requirement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330. System for award Management (SAM) registration must be current. Vendors must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
