- *** Update as of 3/8/2018 *** The Government has received a question from industry that requires an official response. Question: Can major subcontractors submit indirect actuals (to match what Offerors are required to submit) to meet the indirect rate backup requirements in L.3.10.7, L.3.10.10, and L.3.10.11? Answer: Yes, major subcontractors can submit indirect actuals (to match what Offerors are required to submit) to meet the indirect rate backup requirements in L.3.10.7, L.3.10.10, and L.3.10.11. - As identified in Solicitation Section L.3.10.7 "The same detailed support data shall be furnished for all major subcontractors. The Government will accept sealed subcontractors packages in the proposal." Major Subcontractors must follow the same direction as the Prime Offeror. Sealed packages can be directly delivered by a major subcontractor. Any questions pertaining to the solicitation please contact the assigned Contract Specialist. The proposal suspense date remains as listed on the Solicitation.
