- Description
- The General Services Administration, 230 S. Dearborn St, Ste 3800, Chicago, IL 60604, intends to issue a sole source Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to Sigma Defense Systems, Inc. (Sigma), 500 Corporate Point, Warner Robins, GA, 31088. This effort is to provide Tactical Two-way Sensor Data Transfer (T2SDT) Suites as well as engineering support, subject matter expertise, mission operations/training support, and information assurance and configuration management services. Sigma developed the proprietary software and is the only company that can fulfill the Government's requirement. A request for quotation is expected to be issued 30 Mar 18. Anticipated award date is 1 May 18. The resultant IDIQ will be utilise both Time and Materials and Firm Fixed Price task orders with a one-year period. The period of performance is contingent upon award. The authority for this sole source action is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency requirements. Any company that can provide the required T2SDT Suites may request a copy of the solicitation no later than 4 Apr 18 via the following email addresses: william.chapman@gsa.gov and theresa.vollink@gsa.gov. Oral requests will not be accepted. Responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
