- QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Amendment 0001 ATTACHMENT #1 PRICE WORKSHEET PWS Appendix 1 7 Mar 18 PWS 7 Mar 18 IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(A)(12), THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES DULY AUTHORIZED TO OPERATE AND DO BUSINESS IN ITALY AS PRESCRIBED BY DFARS 225.1103(3). The US Government intends to solicit proposals for performance of Rental And Cleaning Of Mobile Toilets/Units, Multi Facilities Aviano, Aviano Air Base in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The general requirements of the service are illustrated in the attached Performance Work Statements (PWS), interested parties are encouraged to read the attached PWS to familiarize with the various requirements of the service, ask questions or give suggestions. Exchanges with interested parties are highly encouraged in order to improve the understanding of the Government requirements and industry capabilities. Amendment 0001 is hereby posted. Attached is the document collecting questions and answers received from interested parties. The document is provided only for informational purposes.
