- DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: Full design. The project will include the installation of street lighting along selected sections of roads in the Ammunition Storage Area, Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa) FUNDING: The project is funded (basic project) LOCATION OF THE WORK: The site of the proposed work is Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy MAGNITUDE OF THE PROJECT: The magnitude of this project is between $ 500,000 and $ 1,000,000. METHOD OF CONTRACTING: This will be a Request for Proposal resulting in a firm fixed price contract. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The Performance Period will be 180 calendar days basic project SOA: Contractor is required to be SOA OG10 classification III qualified SITE VISIT: The site visit will be held on May 3, 2018 at 13:30 hrs. at main gate no. 4 Camp Darby, Tirrenia(Pisa), Italy. MISCELLANEOUS: The solicitation package, including the technical specification, description of the work and additional information will be posted within few weeks on Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov). To be awarded a government contract you MUST have DUNS (Dun& Bradstreet http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform) and NCAGE (www.dlis.dla.mil/Forms/Form_AC135.asp) numbers and be registered in SAM (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM). We will discuss this at the site visit. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting email not later than close of Business(COB) MARCH 23, 2018 to the following address: cristina.pancaccini2.ln@mail.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail the solicitation number W912PF-18-R-0006 and the name of the company, address, phone number, e-mail address and name (s) of the person(s) who will be present at the site visit (maximum two people): first name, last name, date of birth, place of birth, a copy of the ID document or license document shall be submitted. Only the persons who have provided the personal data will be allowed to attend the site visit. The Guards will check the identification card at the Gate. The offerors not present on the list will be denied the entrance to the base.
