- This FBO advertisement is hereby incorporated into the RLP 17-CENSUS by way of reference as an RLP attachment. The U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP) to fulfill anticipated 2020 Census Area Office requirements: City: Newburgh State: New York Delineated Area: Point of Beginning – The intersection of Interstate 84/NY-52 and US-9W/NY-32 (Robinson Ave.). THENCE Southerly along US-9W/NY-32 (Robinson Ave.) to its intersection with Plank Rd. THENCE Easterly along Plank Rd. to its intersection with North St. THENCE Easterly along North St. to its intersection with Liberty St. North St. becomes Leroy Pl. THENCE Southeasterly along Leroy Pl. to its intersection with Forsythe Pl. Leroy Pl. becomes Water St. THENCE Southerly along Water St. to its intersection with Walsh Ave. THENCE Northwesterly along Walsh Ave. to its intersection with Route 9W. THENCE Southerly along Route 9W to exit for Quaker Ave. THENCE Westerly along Quaker Ave to its intersection with New York State Route 32. THENCE Northerly along New York State Route 32 to its intersection with NY-94 (Blooming Grove Turnpike). THENCE Southwesterly along NY-94 (Blooming Grove Turnpike) to its intersection with Jackson Ave. THENCE Northerly along Jackson Ave to its intersection with Bethlehem Rd. Minimum ABOA SF: 6,300 Maximum ABOA SF: 6,600 Space Type: OFFICE Term:Wave 2: 19 months, 11 months firm Parking: 2 Reserved Spaces, On site or within 3 blocks Unique Requirements: Refer to RLP Package 17-CENSUS posted on the AAAP Website (aaap.gsa.gov). If there are no available options containing Census' unique requirements as outlined in the RLP, the Government reserves the right to identify an acceptable alternative. HOW TO OFFER: The Government is using the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP) to satisfy the above Census space requirement. The AAAP application, located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, enables interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP Package 17-CENSUS. Offered space must comply with RLP Package 17-CENSUS, posted on https://aaap.gsa.gov, and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the orange "Registration" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides and video tutorials are offered on the AAAP homepage and in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any "Open Period". The Open Period is the 1st through the 7th of each month, ending at 11:59 p.m. EST. Offers cannot be submitted during the Closed Period (8th through the end of each month) and will not be considered for projects executed during that time period. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. All RLP Package documents can be found at https://aaap.gsa.gov or https://lop.gsa.gov. At the bottom of the homepage, before logging in, select ‘Census' from the drop-down list under the section titled ‘View AAAP Solicitations for Offer Package" then click the ‘View RLPs' button. Once logged in, the RLP Package is available by clicking the ‘RLP & Lease Documents' link at the top of the page and performing a search.
