- Scope of Contact: This project consists of but is not limited to; temporary traffic control, culvert installation, roadway excavation and embankment, clearing and grubbing, erosion control, and aggregate placement. All materials shall be provided by the contractor. Price Range is between Between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond (100 percent) or an irrevocable letter of credit shall be provided within 15 days of contract award. Note: prospective awardees MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded a Federal Government Contract.
