- 18R0003 Solicitation Exhibit A - CDRLs, 02.01.18 Attachment L-2 - Past Performance Information Form Attachment L-3 Contractor Performance Assesment Questionaire Attachment L-4 Cost Summary Format Attachment L-5 Fully Burdened Labor Rates The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure the following services: development, modification, sustainment, and enhancement of web-based, fully integrated, on-line, programmatic support of Advanced Weapons Laboratory's (AWL) Software Management Information System (MIS) applications and tools for support of operational efforts to provide efficient and effective combat readiness capabilities to the fleet. These programmatic support applications include, but are not limited to, planning, estimation, risk management, event scheduling (including flight test events), anomaly tracking, project execution, project monitoring and control, and reporting. The applications and tools provided will enable Program IPT managers to project, plan, track, assess, and manage resources maximizing productivity, efficiency, insight, and support for timely and effective decision making. This requirement is to design, develop, test, deliver, install, and integrate F/A-18 AWL software product baseline updates to existing AWL software applications and tools. The existing AWL software includes the following applications and tools: AWL Planning and Estimation (APEx) application, AWL Risk Management System (ARMS) application, AWL Planning and Tracking (APAT) application, and AWL Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tool. The existing applications were developed in the C# and.NET programming languages and communicate with a SQL Server database. In addition, the development environment includes JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Microsoft Build Platform.
