Description

PROTECTIVE COATING SURFACE CLEANLINESS STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS 11DGF-GM01 The National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA), Stennis Space Center, MS, is hereby soliciting information to identify possible sources for the work which consists of the design, fabrication, inspection, testing, precision cleaning, and delivery to Stennis Space Center, MS, at the A-2 test site, a single-wall, 35,000 gallon (gross) Rocket Propellant-1 (RP-1) run tank. See specifications in the attached. This sources sought is issued for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commit the government to award a contract now or in the future. Submitting information is voluntary and participants will not be compensated. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized in FedBizOpps. It is the potential offeror’s responsibility to monitor the site for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. Respondents to this sources sought should describe their ability to meet and/or exceed the requirement. Respondents should address the following: 1. Your company’s capability per the attached specifications. 2. Company’s relevant past experience. How many and when. 3. Estimated lead time for delivery. Responses should include the name and address of firm, size of business, whether they are large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned, and/or woman-owned. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. The Government reserves the right to consider a set-aside based on responses hereto. DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PROPRIETARY INFORMATION. Responses shall be submitted via email to Dao Kooamphorn (Kanokwan.Kooamphorn@nasa.gov) no later than 4:00 pm CT, March 26, 2018.
