The Forest Service will award a firm fixed-price contract to that responsible Offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is fair and reasonable, and has been determined to be the best value to the Forest Service. Quotes will be evaluated based upon: price; experience, and past performance. The government estimated value is between $25,000 and $100,000. A bid bond is not required. Performance and payment bonds are not required for this project. Payment protection is required in the form of a payment bond or irrevocable letter of credit.
