Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs VAMC White River Junction, intends to enter into a Delivery Order with VENDOR: Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions, Inc, an SDVOSB, a Medtronics Authorized Dealer for Stealthstation ENT Software, ENT Navigation Instruments Set, ENT Cart Kit, and Power Pack, Stealth S8 ENG Only. The VA Requires the following: The VA is not aware of any other vendor that can supply the product, which meets the specs of this project. Any interested parties who can identify their capabilities and interest and respond to the requirement and furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the product. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by March 14, 2018 at 2:00 pm EST. Information should be sent to Kathy Bosch, Contracting Officer at Mary.Bosch@va.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether this Item is indeed a Sole Source or not. If no responses are received by the response date and time, The Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed with the intended Delivery Order.
