- DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure the following items on a brand a name or equal basis: 300 Each, FM Radio w/Dock Station, DOK, Model: CR68 200 Each, Job Site Utility Radio, Milwaukee, Part Number: 2590-20 200 Each, Thermos & Cooler, Stanley Classic Lunchbox Cooler (7QT) 300 Each, Hydration Pack, Camelback, Model: Cloud Walker 18 300 Each, Weather Station, La Crosse, Model: 308-1425B 75 Each, Women's G-Shock Watch, Casio, Model: BG169R-1 200 Each, Men's G-Shock Watch, Casio, Model: DW9052-1V 200 Each, Backpacks, High Sierra Endeavor TSA Elite Backpack 200 Each, Multi-Tool, Leatherman, Model: Wingman 50 Each, Women's G-Shock Watch, Casio, Model: BG169R-8 200 Each, Buck Knife, Nobleman, Model: 0327TTS-B Blade Brand Name or Equal must meet specifications to be provided with the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The applicable NAICS Codes are 334310, 326140, 315990, 334511, 334519 and 332216. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), Bremerton, WA. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes on the solicitation document posted to Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) to include pricing and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document. Offerors not submitting a fully completed quote will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-18-Q-1693. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 14 March 2018. The closing date of the solicitation will be on or around 28 March 2018 at 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov), web link at http://www.fbo.gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
