Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of Hotline Services for Anonymous or Confidential Reporting of Complaints. 2. The requirement will be modified to include the following changes: a) change the set aside from total small business to no set-aside (full and open competition); b) extend the period for questions to Friday, March 16, 2018; and c) Extend the proposal deadline to "no later than 12:00PM EST Friday, April 13, 2018. 3. The Government anticipates on uploading the modified package no later than Tuesday, March 13, 2018.
