- This solicitation is for an EMERGENCY order for 20 boxes of Covidien Capsule Pillcams for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System in Los Angeles, CA 92357. In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, and VAAR 852.215-70 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business Evaluation Factors, only offers from VOSB and SDVOSB contractors will be considered. All contractors must be listed on the VETBIZ webpage by the closing date of this solicitation to be considered as a VOSB or SDVOSB contractor. This is a BRAND NAME ONLY solicitation. All offers must be able to deliver the exact stock number in the quantity required to the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System in zip code 92357. Since this is an EMERGENCY acquisition, the entire order must be delivered within 5 business days. All offers must be FOB DESTINATION as shipping costs are not available. Contractors are advised to include shipping into the cost of the line item. All offers must include the contractor s capability to deliver the entire order on or before 3/14/2018. All questions must be received by 0800 PST on Tuesday, 3/13/2018. All offers must be emailed on company letterhead in PDF format to bryan.boggs2@va.gov by 0800 PST on Wednesday, 3/14/2018. No late offers will be accepted.
