- The US Army Contracting Command, APG, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the Operations and Outreach Directorate intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106(b)(1) only one responsible source to Siemens Government Technologies, Inc., Reston, VA 20191 for proprietary JACK Software Renewal. Siemens Government Technologies, Inc. is the only company capable of supplying this proprietary software license renewal.
